Feta Chees, Pepperoni on Cali'flour Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Follow this super easy recipe to bake a low-carb delicious pizza you can feel good about eating!
Prep Time 22 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes
Cool Down 4 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 Slices Pepperoni Minis if possible
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Place the crust on a vented pan or baking rack
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes
  • Let the crust cool down for about 12-13 mintues
  • Top the crust with the toppings
  • Spread the sauce, sprinkle the mozzarella, lay the pepperoni, top with the feta cheese
  • Broil the crust for 2 minutes
  • Take out of the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes then slice

Notes

A few things worth considering:
1-The crust is really thin. Keep the toppings as light as possible.
2-Never put a cauliflower pizza crust on a baking sheet.  You need to let the bottom of the crust have airflow and that's how the crust will crisp up.
3-For this crust, allow the cool-down phase after the initial 10-minute baking to go up to 12-13 minutes.  This will help the crust get crispier.
