Feta Cheese Pizza on Outer Aisle Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Follow this super easy recipe of just 4 ingredients to make one of the tastiest low-carb and keto-friendly pizzas you'll ever have!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Red Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Grated
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled 
  • 1 Small Roma Tomato Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F
  • Put your crust in the oven for 1-2 minutes of pre-baking
  • When pre-baking is done, start topping the crust
  • Spread the pizza sauce
  • Layer the sauce with mozzarella cheese
  • Top the mozzarella with the crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Add the chopped roma tomato
  • Place the pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes of baking
  • For crispier crust, you can broil the pizza for about 1 minute post baking
  • Once the crust is out of oven, let it cool down for 2 minutes

Notes

1- As always, for a crispier crust, place your cauliflower crust onto a baking rack, and not a baking sheet.  Cauliflower crusts need airflow to both the top and bottom to get crispy.
2- Outer Aisle's crust is very moist. Try broiling the crust a minute after baking is over for a better result.
